We're on the same page there. Tell me to put a URL to embed something in the provided space and I'm going to pull the URL from the embed code first, not use the page it's hosted on.

Sorry to pop in again on you, but I think I have it figured out. Put the URL that you have typed up http://youtube.com/watch?v=9Y_CGB1GuoI into the text box for posting the video.
So much for commons sense, that's not what I think when I'm told to put the URL for something to embed into that field, I think the URL that's in the embed code.
Well, that's another thing that should be addressed.
TheOtaku will only embed YouTube videos at the moment, and only then for the people who know how to to it right I guess. The instructions on that pop-up for posting the embed are bogus cause I've input every permutation of the YouTube video URL into the thing and get nothing out of it.

I've never been able to get that YouTube stuff to load here, seems like there might be a bug in the embed feature that needs to be corrected.
