More than a year ago, I mentioned here in The Watercooler about how Frank Sinatra's rendition of My Way has triggered a lot of killings here in my country, the Philippines.
Well, guess what. The New York Times has caught up with this odd phenomena that still occurs to this day. Quite odd to see it get this much attention just recently, when this has been happening for years already.
Moral of this story: If you can't sing well, it's best to leave The Chairman of the Board himself to do the singing.
And so I did it my way. (But not the one in the highway.)
2010 suddenly got a million times funnier. The moral of this story: don't use the first image you Google without doing your homework.
Edit: This link is in the story above, but for sake of expediency . . . Spain dropped the ball and used the image as well! Even worse/better, they explicitly make note of the mascots' names "Quatchi, Miga, Sumi, Mukmuk y Pedobear". So it's not just Poland dropping amazingly awesome balls this week.
