I love Awkward Zombie. If you like that, you'll probably really like F@nboy$ and of course Penny Arcade and VG Cats.
Other than those, I read Questionable Content, I USED to read Alien Loves Predator (discontinued as far as I know, but some awesome plot lines revolving around Alien and Predator with Jesus as their roomate in NYC when he came to play for the Yankees), sometimes I dabble in Something Corporate, and a friend introduced me to Scary Go Around, which is a bit like Questionable Content, except British and with more absurd plot lines like how to find a job when you've been resurrected from the dead.
I mostly only keep up with "VGCats", yeah. I used to read a lot of "Chugworth Academy" too, until the releases started to get weird. I still check them out now and then, though.
Well I got a huge list here is a few good ones with a little description added to it. EGS probably fit the best with people with it feeling like the insanity of The Outer Limits had sex with anime is the greatness it is for your enjoyment.
God Mode Online a gaming comic of laughs.

they swear it isn't satanic porn, but it is just as funny.

comics and pixel puns for your amuzement. Even a lol cat comic for those of you wanting that.

as the site says we're the good kind of crazy, we swear.
a comic that will make some look in shock and other laughs.
is mathemetical humor that will make a kitty cry in laughter.
is where humor, love, and zombies meet.
That should be a good list with a little something for most tastes.

I used to read more but the only ones I keep up with now are VG Cats and MegaTokyo. Sometimes I'll go for a couple weeks between visits but I've been reading MegaTokyo for-freaking-ever so eventually I always wander back to catch up on the newest comics.

Cyanide and Happiness is one of the most sarcastically tongue-in-cheek comics out there. Just as good as Married To The Sea, in my opinion.
Also of note is 8-bit Theater. Very good satire on the old rpg stuff. Plus an emo, poetry-writing larper.

VGCats, Looking For Group, and otakunoyen.
I'd rather see in shades of gray.

I've had people tell me about certain online comics and looked at them, but never actively read any. Heh, I usually stick with the fanfiction.
