Anyone here remember that episode in the Powerpuff Girls cartoon wherein Mojo, Him, Fuzzy, and Princess joined forces against the Powerpuff Girls and became "The Beat-Alls"? As you may know, that episode was so full of Beatles references, a lot of it which would be left unnoticed to the younger audience who had little to no idea who the Beatles were (including me, when I was a kid).
Luckily, this video sums up all of those references. And I gotta say, I'm quite shocked that there were that much references in that episode:
What is Movie Sign?
Every Sunday night, we nestle down in Chat and watch an episode of the cult TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3K for short) while spamming up the Chat box. Don't worry - we use episodes available on streaming sites so that we can all watch simultaneously.
What's MST3K?
A comedy show that ran from 1988-1999, it's like watching a movie with running commentary. Joel Robinson or Mike Nelson, along with 'bots Tom Servo and Crow, are forced to watch terrible films as part of a mad scientist's bid for world domination. To keep their (and our) sanity, they talk back to the movies and riff on them. A more detailed explanation can be found up at the SoL.

If you're on a road trip, always remember one thing: be careful where you decide to pull over. Our hero, a young man named Jodie - out on a journey to find himself and sort out whether or not he wants to be a lawyer like dear old dad - stops at a farm where (surprise surprise) he falls in love with Melissa. Farmer's daughter? Try 127-year-old witch. Oh, and she has a psychotic, potentially homicidal grandmother. Who's actually her sister. Witches, deals with Satan... Fun for the whole family.

Crow and Tom go caroling for wassail in July. If only they knew what wassail was... Pearl's on vacation, leaving Steffi the babysitter in charge. Mike and Tom go nuts - literally. Crow's having an identity crisis: witch, robot, or frog? Tom's grandma takes the pitchfork to Mike, and Crow mistakenly sells his soul to "Stan".

What is Doctor Who?
A long-running British scifi TV series about a mysterious man called the Doctor, the last of the Time Lords, who travels through time and space in his TARDIS, a ship disguised as an old fashioned Police Box. The Doctor and his various companions explore the universe and battle evil wherever they encounter it.
This Week
When the Doctor and Amy discover a sinister face in a painting by Vincent Van Gough, they travel back to Paris in 1890 to track down the famous artist and encounter a dangerous alien on the loose.

NOTE
Looking at the BBC America Schedule, it looks like everything's pushed back by a week again. July 3 shows a repeat of Eps 4 & 5, with "The Lodger" not airing until July 10. There is nothing showing in the 9 PM slot on July 17, although July 24 shows an all-day marathon of the season, with "The Pandorica Opens" in the 8 PM repeat slot. Therefore, dates of the last few episodes are tentative for now.
