Disco Music, Music, Music

As I mentioned to Blood Huntress in the comments section in the previous post, Teresa Brewer actually sang different versions of the song Music! Music! Music!. Among them were a 1962 stereo version, a 1973 rock version, and a 1976 disco version.

The disco version is the one that's intrigued me a lot, thanks to this music video I found on YouTube. When you consider that this started out as a song from the '50s, it's really amazing how they turned this into a disco song.

And check out those dance moves. Man, it's so amazing. Makes for a really fun comparison of the original version.

Music! Music! Music!

So I came across this song last Sunday while listening to the FM radio and actually got my interest, partly because it initially sang about putting another nickel in the nickelodeon. (And we all we know what we associate with a Nickelodeon these days.)

For a 1950s hit song, it was fun and relaxing to listen to, and you guys might enjoy it as well. You can consider it as a break from the types of music we tend to listen these days.
