What is 'We Are World's Poison'?

It's just what the title suggests.

There is an uprising in the district of Save City, Atlante, from the corporation 'AFTER' that threatens to remove anime and manga from the face of the planet...

Forever.

However, a small band of teens from the undergrounds of Save City won't stand for this. AFTER will face strong competition from the Japan-Loving group called 'cAnnOn'. Poyo, the leader of the group, is oblivious to nearly everything around her that isn't her friends, Tablet, and anime. But when word gets around what AFTER plans to do, a fierce battle begins to destroy AFTER before the beloved animations are erased from the minds and hearts of children, teens, and adults alike all across the globe.

They begin with taking down every local AFTER station in their country with their 'life's truth' tattooed in bold black down their right arms:
