I know right! They probably want to ban Ichigo from the Soul Society but they can't because if they did the Soul Society would probably see the Armageddon! XD
Oh yeah.. That poor hill.. But it is an interesting place, being showed up all like that.
And those workers there having to rebuild that Soul Society so many times. I think that Yamamoto has rebuild it more in that one year when Ichigo came to the scene, then 1.000 that he was the headmaster. XD
I'm just gonna skip all that just in case you wrote any spoilers. XD But, you know, how many times are they going to destroy Soul Society before it actually STAYS destroyed?!

I always feel sorry for Sokyoku Hill and any other structures standing within 2 to 3 hundred miles of it...
