But I appreciate Kubo for always allowing his characters to shine. While I have sometimes grumbled about other shounen for happy wheels game failing to provide sufficient character background, I have little to no reason to do so when it comes to Bleach:p. That being said, let's all cheer for Bleach! :D
I am still in denial about Gin, I still hope he's going to suddenly appear haha *sobs* (aaaand I have nothing to add about Yhwach and Aizen since I agree :3)
Yhwach kind of reminded me on the Emperor from Code Geass with build-up body, strong and harsh attitude. Still I have to agree, Aizen was better since Yhwach doesn't seem too polished as a character in Bleach. Aizen did get more annoying as the series went on, but I still liked many of his moments even until the very end.
Gin was one of the best characters though, too bad that he was also one of the few main ones to die.
I do like Ganju, not enough to have a crush on him though :p
I probably am biased when it comes to Aizen, since he's my second fav character in Bleach, but even now, he still is for me the best villain Bleach ever had. I can't help but to compare Yhwach to him and yeah, he just doesn't interest me as much as Aizen back then... But, then, he wasn't alone. Kaname and Gin also were very interesting characters, so the whole trio was also a plus.
I remember Kubo saying that we should see Grimmjow again in the last arc so I'm guessing it was probably him but... we can only wait and see, now. Less fights with the Quincies and more shinigami-arrancar-fullbringer alliance, I'm not asking for much am I?? :p
I am though thankful to Kubo for always giving his characters their moments. I know I'm sometimes frustrated with other shounen that just never give enough backstory to some characters, I can hardly complain about that when it comes to Bleach :p So, yay, let's support Bleach! :D
At them moment I thought that you said "Ganju" and, well the rest you can figure out yourself... XD
Yeah, for example that guy that we never got the name from, the older one with the glasses that stood ground with even Kyouraku.. And the next thing we just find him defeat by Byakuya alongside two more quincies, just like that. :
Yeah, I always wanted for Bleach to have a good finale with them fighting together until the very climax. The one with the Aizen went really fast when Ichigo came back. It was interesting and somehow awesome to say, but still too fast.
Ah yes, I miss Harribel as well (and I am not saying that just because she is an attractive woman XD). I know that many people wondered if that one was Grimmjow about fifty chapters or so ago.. And there were also the fullbringer guys in that one shot.. I can in a way feel for Kubo, he did make too many characters (which he left alive) and it is hard to follow with everything.
You are right though, we should still support it. :)
After all it was one of the anime that brought me to this site which I am still very grateful. ^_^
Well. I think I had a crush on Ginjo back then, so I survived the fullbringer act just fine *coughs* More seriously, I liked the characters while, here, there are some Quincies that I forgot after two chapters...
This Quincy arc started so well, indeed! Now I feel like we don't see enough Ichigo or the remaining arrancars (and I'm not saying that because of my icon). I think I just wanted to see all of them unite to fight against a common enemy. I even wondered, at some point, if Aizen wouldn't appear as well, since he refused Yhwach (is that his name??)'s offer (not that I'm surprised). BUT Harribel. Did they just... left her and went to battle or what.
Anyway. I don't like complaining about Bleach because enough people do it already and I want to be on the happy side :p I feared that the division zero would be defeated too easily, so I hope they get to have their fights, and good ones. Technically, they should be at least at Yamamoto's level, right? I was going to say or Ichigo but that kid's level is never-ending.
Actually I thought about that several times, that's how I survived through the fullbringer arc.
Bleach is the type of manga that is best read in one or at least several goes, because you can easily brush away the things that would bother you.
Still the last few dozen of chapters were somehow disappointing in other departments, especially considering how this whole arc started with a promising result. It can still end on a good note, I just hope that it will hit that way.
I have to admit, Senjumaru caught my eye. Bleach always had too many characters and it especially got hard tracking them all down (I think that there are about a hundred of them roaming around). For that I kind of feared that we will not get to see the zero division in its full light, since they seem like an interesting bunch. :P
Ah, when it comes to Bleach, I think I'm going to go back to reading several chapters at once or just buying it. Kubo was never a heavy writer, except when Aizen was around (literally)... Like I re-read some chapters after buying the manga (I believe it was the volume 57) and I enjoyed it so much more. Bleach is the kind of manga that really benefits from a book format, but those are only my thoughts :p
Philosophical thoughts on Bleach aside xD I'm glad we get to see Senjumaru, that's shallow, but I really like her style! :3
