Ahh. Alright, first thing's first: you need to create a World.
Once you do that, you'll now have a blog from which you can post things.
Write your story in a post, then click the "Nominate for Fan Words Publication" box at the bottom, just above the "Add Post" button.
Then give it time to stew a little. Then that should be it. Sound okay? Message back any time if anything worries you.

ok i'm confused lol, i've got an idea for a Halloween story but i have no idea how to post it, never posted the "Fann Words" thing before, what do i have to do to post it?

Ironically, my writers' club is publishing a little thing for Halloween this year, so therefore, I've got a little something in the works.
Me being me, it draws from the OtakuFic universe too. Bwahaha indeed.
