I'm pretty sure that SomeGuy reserved the Fan Words published stuff for prose. He said something like poetry is too personal and subjective to be able to say "this can be submitted" and "this can't", so he just passes it over.
If you'd like to ask him yourself (which I'm sure he wouldn't mind), just trot off a pm real quick. But as far as I remember, he doesn't do poetry.

You're more than welcome to come post your poetry in the Anthology section at OtakuBoards. I moderate that section, and I wouldn't mind seeing a few more poets around there.
