Aww I'm so so sorry:( I really wish i could help you..I dont doubt his love for you fo one second..And i believe he is just scared and confused right now and so sorry to hear that he has to go through this..You can still be there for him and show him how much you love him back..if he really loves you he will take you back after things get better..My heart goes out for you my friend..
Ask him if he love you in person if he say yes then you will know he will take you back.."I love you" in a note is just not the same when some tells you that to your face
