Hello, and welcome to Yamcha's Anime universe! Some of you may know me from visiting my Myotaku page (username: Yamchaa), but if you havent visited or dont know me, then thats cool too lol. Im a big anime fan and ive been one for as long as i can remember. I collect anime movies, magazines, figures, all things related to anime, and im proud to say that i have a pretty hefty and diverse anime collecion which is usually constantly growing, and with this new world i hope to make new friends and spread my knowledge of anime to whoever may need it ^_^
I was sitting here bored, so i thought i'd put up a post to update what ive been up to lately :)
For the most part i've been working as usual, but ive been using vacation days and strategically placing them so that i have 3 day weekends and stuff like that lol. Work has been pretty easy, and i still play videogames while im on lunch, so thats pretty much it when it comes to work.
Whenever im off work, ive mostly been home on Xbox Live. Here are some of the games ive been playing -

Im actually undefeated on Madden 2011 so far, i won both games i played online earlier today, so it was pretty fun :) Im about to beat Saints Row 2, ive had that game for about a year now and i just started playing it about a month ago. It's been a fun game so far too and i really like the customization options in that game. I'll post my Halo Reach news on my Halo world because i have some pics to post there lol.
As for Anime, Ive been lucky enough to come across some good shows recently. A week or so ago i finished a series called Now and Then, Here and There, and it was a pretty cool series. i'll have to post more about it sometime, but if you come across it, i highly recommend it :) I also watched a couple of episodes of a series called Tytania, and it was enjoyable so far as well, only time will tell though. The shows ive really been enjoying have been Gun Frontier, Golgo 13 and Area 88. Golgo 13 and the multitude of Harlock series has basically pulled me back into my Anime recording days of the past, and its been alot of fun all over again, just like old times.

Thursday i bought the first 3 dvds of the anime series called Darker than Black, but i havent watched them yet, i'll probably end up doing that in a little while once im finished posting.

Yesterday i signed up for Bungie PRO, which gives me alot more space for my file share on Halo Reach, and it also allows me to convert uploaded videos to WMV files and download them on my computer.
So yesterday while i was playing Halo Reach online with a friend of mine, some pretty cool stuff happened, so i recorded the video and uploaded it, to test out the new file options. After i uploaded the video, i saved it to my computer and uploaded it on Youtube. So here is the video, from two different angles :)
In this video, you see me come from the shadows and save a teammate from being assassinated. An assassination is an attack from behind, which is an instant kill. if you kill the attacker that is performing the assassination, then you get a Showstopper Medal, which is what i got :)
This is the same video, but from a different angle, which is over the shoulder of my Spartan. The guy with the 1982 above his head is my friend, and we had formed a bottleneck at the entrance of that door in order to catch the blue team off guard, it worked pretty good lol.

I planned on posting about it yesterday, but my Yamcha's Anime Universeworld is sitting on 13,999 visits, and i thought i'd post about it so that i can thank everyone who visits this world :)
I know sometimes i go weeks or months at a time without posting, but im always here in some way or another :)
I also know that 13,999 visits may not seem like alot compared to some of the other worlds here, but i still think its alot and im pretty proud of it. Hopefully ill see 13,999 more visits in the future lol - I can only hope :)
The past couple of days ive basically been playing on Xbox Live. Yesterday i played Madden 2010 Online, and Smackdown vs. RAW 2010 Online.
I formed a Teg Team and became friends with a fellow newcomer on there, and we surprisingly have won all of the matches weve tagged together in - We won 2 by disqualification, One by Pinfall, and the last match by submission.
Last night i traded in a bunch of junk at Game Exchange and got enough credit back to buy Halo Reach, without even having to spend any money lol. So far it has been a pretty fun game, and i like being able to customize my Spartan Uniform. I'll have to take some pics for you guys sometime :)
Well i suppose that will be all for today, i hope to post more, once i watch the 3 new anime movies i bought a few days ago. hope to chat with you all soon :)
