Ouch that sucks... The best thing I found to clear it up... Don't laugh or freak out, Bleach... (no pun intended) Use it straight. Put it on a cotton ball and rub it on the spots... NOT your face though... Only body. It will dry it up. It even stops the itch too... Good luck and don't let it spread...
