    I think you should try again with these effects, since Chaos Emperor Dragon doesn't destroy anything.

    These would work well in a Stygian deck I think. They only have three monsters and a trap, so it shouldn't be too hard to include.

    The tuner. It would continually be special summoned as soon as the Synchro monster is summoned.

    That would work well for that Stygian synchro monster. However, make that effect once per turn. If not, this opponent could theoretically turn a level 4 monster into a level 12 monster by having at least 1 each of a Dark-attribute Synchro monster of each level above 4.
