But, yeah, during the week, it's really easy for me to get exercise. The only place I can park is at least half a mile away from my classrooms, and each class is up at least two flights of stairs (excluding Geography, but it's so far away from every other class, that it counts as a hike).
I tried to eat healthier today and do better. I'll post my results later tonight after I've had dinner and before I go to bed.
Oh my goodness... Yes, you need to improve your eating habits for sure, bro!
I'm not entirely sure what diabetics are allowed to eat, but cooking or preparing more of your meals will definitely be beneficial to you. Eating out and eating processed foods aren't good for you, as I'm sure you know already. *pats*
Also, try at least walking everyday, even if you're starting out with a small distance. Walk around a block in your neighborhood, or walk more if you can. Doing so keeps you active as well as helps you cope/manage with your stress levels.
Hope keeping this "journal" of sorts will help you improve your habits while helping your future self! We're behind youuu!
