Yeah. People that think they'd do anything to be that thin just don't know the kind of crap a person goes through when they are. It's not cool. (I am not super thin. On the contrary, I'm quite comfortably squashy, or so I have been told. So I only know this from friends of mine who are twigs and can't gain weight at all. Just like you.) Sorry :(
Also. I really know exactly where you're coming from with the lack of jealousy thing. I reeeeally liked a guy for 3 years, loved him, actually. We had been close friends since 9th grade when I feel for him. I finally told him so in the middle of our Senior year, after he'd been dating a girl for about a year who I really know he loves (they're still dating. Have been for two years). I didn't want them to break up. I just wanted to tell him. It hurt for a while (especially sense he said he loved me too, being his first love, apparently, but he loved his girlfriend more now) but after about six months I was only happy for them and we're still really close. Point is. It's actually a really great feeling. I'm happy for all of you^^
*sigh* silly people starting silly rumors and stuff. Why can't they just grow up? I hope your sister is ok and that she ignores them.

I hope you don't lose too much weight... I guess protein can help. Perhaps cheese and eggs are good? Cheese omelettes are tasty ^^
I'm sure my blood sugar is a little dodgy, if I eat something sugary/high in carbs I often go cold and shivery... Not much fun.

Drama is very annoying, so that's why I'm not that into it...She could try ignoring it, like Jack-san said or maybe talk to the ex and try to work things out.
