Yeah. Judai's deck is the easiest to defeat. "Imperial Order" card is enough is take it down. "Soul Release" and "white Horn Dragon" effects of removing opponents spell cards/cards combo works nice too ^^

I know how defeat Joey's deck. For Yugi, hmm not much yet.

Judai's deck, yeah it focus a lot on fusion. Negate all his magic cards and ta-da! Judai's deck is completely weak.

I know what Yugi and Joey's weakness is and I developed a deck that can destroy them using any series' rules. Mwahahahahaha.

I haven't watched GX long enough to create a deck to easily destroy him, yet I know that Non-Fusion Area would GREATLY hinder Judai.
