I wouldn't use a screencap w/o alterations...I've got graphic skills, as you've seen my Hiei in Rainbowland pic as well as my photo of me with my Kurama clones ^_~ But yat, that's great I'll be able to participate!
When I'm about ready to post your fanfics up, I'm going to start e-mailing you with things I need for it (descriptions, pictures, etc.)
It doesn't necessarily have to be from this site, but we would have to get permission from other sites, first. The last thing I want is a lawsuit over stolen artwork. Thank you for nominating the site. It's hard to reach out to fans who have to look for the world!
The contest does not necessarily have to be drawn. But it has to be more than a screen cap with text. I saw your screen cap collection, and it is huge. Alright, so I have one participant.

Oh pics ^^ what series would you like and I will provide the pics needed! (or you can just find them on the mission page of freewebs.com/cartooncopscentral) For Hiei in RainbowLand, I do have a few pics for it...but for the chapters, I know which one I'd pick ^^ (it's the one with ALL the characters in it, posted at the end of the story) heehee
hmm fanart...well, since we can find fanart at the YYH base (took me forever to navigate to that page >.>) unless you want to feature certain fanarts, having the links to other sites would probably be a good idea. {also, I don't know how Worlds can get nominated to be on those pages, but I emailed one of the peeps in charge suggesting to add this world since its all about YYH for any YYH fan...we'll see if they accept or not, they did not reply to my email yet}
Oh a contest! Too bad I can't draw, I could be a judge...wait, I doo good editing graphics and I have over 1,000 screenshots I took from YYH at my disposal! So if I could do that I'd be able to participate! ^____^ BUWAHAHAHA!!!
