Yes, it's interesting that Erza will lose to someone (she did lost to some people). Kagura's sword has some side effects, like her almost vomet moment a few chapter ago, and the sword is also dangerous. She may only kill Jellal with it, no one else.

There is a rumor going on that it's Kagura's blood and not Erza's. because you could see blood on the page before Kagura pulled her sword. And that sword may be only drawn when she's going to kill Jellal.
