Yeah, lol yeah I think H. Naoto or something like that designs them. Also it's a clothing line and hAngry & Angry are characters used to promote it. Last year Yossy and Rika (the two girls from the video) were revealed to be the new girls "playing" the two characters. Interesingly enough they both used to be in Morning Musume.

I see your last vid was Hangry & Angry. I honestly had no clue who they were, but the whole time when we were looking at the Pullip dolls to buy, there were many titled "Hangry/Angry"! I was like! Awwwww! So cute! But I didn't know what was up with their name. Lol *stupid* But now I know. XD Voilà! :3
