Okay...um...well, ^-^;;; Let's start with how I found this...XD
So, I just randomly searched "Pokemon" on google images...and this came up! XD At first I'm like, "IS THAT WHAT I THINK IT IS???" (If you don't know, it's a pad! XD XD XD) And then I read the blog, and yes, indeed, it is what it appears...Apparently, it's reusable, and you can buy it for $8...
