Welcome! <3 
I decided to enter the Welcome to theOtaku challenge, it looked like fun ^^. If I didn't happen to see some of you that did enter one of your cards to the challenge, I probably wouldn't have known/notice ^^; There are some nice cards going there, hopefully mines is good too ^^.
I used two brushes from animeshare.crystals-ss.net (going by what the signature brush says, I don't remember exactly where I got it from ^^;) Duplicated the image and did the median filter, then blend it to soft light. Used the scriptina font for the word "Welcome" and the font "teen" for the words under it.
