The image is from the PSP Haruhi game, but I have no idea where I got the image itself. ; n;
Apparently there's an ending where Itsuki kills young Haruhi (the ending I would totally go for. >:3), which I would assume to be what the picture is for.
Because, he looks all evil, and he's like, starting to disappear.

...and I'm not really sure what he's getting revenge for in this card. *shrugs*
