Entry for sweetdevil's 'Quality over quantity' challenge. I hope this meets your requirements!

So here's how this card came into being. I started searching for a high-quality image of a girl and red roses. For some reason that's what I wanted to do - I knew beforehand that I wanted to try something new, so I decided to make a black-and-white (ishXD) card with some coloured accents. I made the roses and the necklace stand out because I thought these were important to convey the 'message' of the card.

I also added a texture. Then I had to find an appropriate quote, that was probably the hardest thing to do for this card:P I looked at lyrics from various songs and finally found this one from the song 'Our farewell' - by Within Temptation. Of course I added some effects in the typography as well:3
