I actually made this card yesterday...well, I started it...but I finished it today, though I honestly didn't do anything to it today but a couple things. XD I decided to just stop here before I did TOO much and then ruined it. So I hope it looks ok. This is for Carisa's depressed card challenge. Um, I know, it probably doesn't look like a traditional depressing one. D: It's bright-ish...not dark colors. Reds, you know I like them! But the girl is crying, and the lyrics are pretty sad. Well, touching at least.

I used this scan. As you can see, I mellowed out the colors. Sharpened her up, too...but yeah, her skin was way too orangey. I used a couple gradients/lighting, one was red and the other gray. :) That's all I did to the scan. And then the typography was pretty simple! Again, I tried not to do too much. >< The lyrics are from this song. I love it. Classic 80's. <3 The lyrics are actually pretty sad...some at least. About a broken relationship and the girl remembering it on the Metro. So yeah, I think it still works for this challenge. XD
