What? Kotori's a... mermaid!

Well, she's more Beluga whale than a fish xD I hope no one's used that animal yet, it took me a while to find one to match her. This is for UnknownRumors's contest~ My entry has my OC in her Atlantica form because I've wanted to draw her in this form for a while =D

The scanner ate the colors D: And I was doing a rush job on the background xD Including those little fishies!
