You will not believe how long it took me to plan out his design. After I reviewed the things I wrote of him, this is what I came up with.

Technically before he became a shinigami he was a hunter out on a search for more animals to kill, but it was in the tundra and he ended up dying, thus his blue color. Once he died though, he wasn't really given much of a choice where to go. Since he was cold-hearted he was turned into a shinigami.
I'll also explain the furs stitched onto him. His hands and feet are grizzly bear paws, he has a fox tail on his lower left arm, above the fox tail is a zebra pelt, on his other upper right arm is lion pelt, under that though is cow skin, he has a wolf's tail, black panther fur on his left leg, on his right leg though is a golden jackal pelt, dingo pelt on his upper body, and he has retractable wings that appear to be that of a raven's.
