The story behind this is simple enough. A girl in my math class really liked Tobi so I use to draw pictures of Tobi for her. But one day she decided she liked Kankuro more and thus "dumped" Tobi. So I drew how I thought Tobi would feel...and that's how this picture came to be.

Tobi: Mei-chan? Is Tobi a good boy?
Mei: Yes Tobi...you're a good boy.
Tobi: Can Tobi have a hug?
Mei: Of course! *hugs Tobi*
Tobi: *looks at the viewers and reaches his arms out* Hug?
