This originally started out as a random chibi, then it turned into the Powerpuff Girlz Z version of Bubbles (Miyako in Japan, apparently). Yeah... LOVE ME! :P

Drawn on standard cpu paper with pencil, inked, scanned, colored in Photoshop Elements 5.0
