This has got to be the first time in a VERY long time I've drawn something anthro, seriously, last time was about years ago when I was Neopets-obsessed XD Oh boy.
Bah, horrible anatomy and stuff, but this was more like a doodle anyway...

And yes, Neva doesn't have any eyebrows 8D I was thinking of giving her that feature, for some reason I wanted her to look a bit more Glaceon-like, so...no eyebrows XD
She's the second youngest of several brothers and sisters(who are all other Eeveelutions), hates her older brother and sister, Blaze and Amber(who are both Flareons).
Loves her little brother, Nero(Vaporeon) a lot XD
