who requested his o.c ryoku

DESCRIPTION GIVEN
Basically, Ryoku with a "shadow/dark power" effect kind of lingering around her.
As the "shadows" get further from Ryoku's body, they get larger and take the shape of a dragon or just a dragon head. The dragon'll be blackish so you don't have to worry about too many details.
