This is King-Sama's prize/request for winning my previous challenge, Show Some Love

He asked for a gothic lolita.
What do you think?

I used a bit more technique when using my colored pencils, and I really like how it turned out
The sky is done in pastels smeared and swirled around with q-tips and a paint brush
Then I added in the white dots with arcrylic paint

Materials: Micron inking pens, Prisma colored pencils, pastels, arcrylic paint.
