I wanted to practice making backgrounds as well a night scenes and oceans. I jammed them all into one.
I'm somewhat okay with this but it still needs work.
Well, the boy sitting there is a new character of mine. He's some kind of experiment which is why he looks kind of weird. (skin, eyes, hair. they're ultrashiny because of what he is.)
i won't reveal much about him.
