Finally, after 3 out of 3 people voted for the starry & leafy BG from my mini-poll (LOL XD), here's my colored version of itemilicious line art: do you want some.
As you can see, I still use those stars & winter leaves scattered as BG. Well, those are only special brushes I found in my PS CS3. Do you know some sites where I can download special brushes like butterflies, hearts, bugs, & other fancy shapes? Need to discover new stuffs!
