Another random OC of mine.
Etymology of his name: Haru "sun/sunlight" + Ki "radiance/shine/life"

Software: Adobe Photoshop CS2
Tools: Evil mouse + Pencil + Drawing pens
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes++ (no wonder it's messy)

Note:
I purposely coloured him THAT bright *rubs eyes* to live up to his name. And I realized that I'm sux at drawing chibis --- Haruki chan looks a wee bit grown up from what I've imagined. But I still love him so much *glomps*
