My OC, Arc the Arcanine Gijinka as a kid. He was captured by hunters and sold on the blackmarket to a rich human family. While held there, he served as a guard to the youngest daughter of the family while also being used in horrible experiments. :'( The collar around his neck is a shock collar and the chains are pretty self explanatory..

He's so screwed up that he always wears a smile, even in horrible situations. Very calm and mature nature. T^T *huggles Arc*
