...for some reason...she looks like a mermaid to me O.o

this was way harder than it should have been >.< took me like...2 hours to figure out what to do as the background. Forst I was just gonna leave it white, but it looked so Blah~, then I decided to try a picture frame which ended up looking horrible, than I tried drawing some guy she was leaning against, but his eyes looked wrong, and I was having problems coloring him, so then I decided swirly thingies so I downloaded like 20 things from DA before deciding it looked wrong so then I just did clouds ^^U
