I almost wasn't going to enter this challenge, but then I changed my mind and threw this together. :D

It was inspired by this wallpaper: http://www.theotaku.com/wallpapers/view/186797/cat%253Ffish It's blue and orange (I love those colours together.) and there are floating fish...(unless they're under water XD)

FFFFF This looks sooo much better in real life. :(
