If you couldn't already tell, I'm taking my 'improve coloring' goal rather seriously this summer. Lots and lots of practice.

I tried a different way of coloring with this one by first coloring it monochromatic, then adding the color. I also put emphasis on actually highlighting things. Not sure if that made any noticeable difference, but I liked shading it THEN coloring.

I even attempted a background! <s>oh eff...did I mess up the sky?! I forget whether it gets lighter blue the higher you go or not</s>
