i dunno too much about lolita fashion but i have to admit i LOVE designing complicated and detailed dresses.
but sadly i got carried away with the details on the lineart and ended up speeding through the coloring. "-_-
please ignore the lack of background as well as her wierd looking parasol. laziness at its best, no?
