i'm from Taiwan so we actually do have school uniforms...only they're kind of boring (white blouse plus bluish gray plaid skirts or khaki trousers) and i wanted to liven things up with a pop of color =)) and boots instead of mary janes (or whatever type of shoes people wear with uniforms) anyway hope you like it!!! =D
