As you may know if you've been playing Final Fantasy XIII-2, some new DLC was released the other day. Included among that were new outfits for Serah and Noel. Serah got a "Resort Style" skimpy bikini. Noel got...a somewhat fitted but very much full coverage costume! Hey, throw the female fans a bone, SE! >_< So I decided to come up with my own beach outfit for Noel, Pulsian Oasis. I think I might have gone a bit overboard on the top half, haha! ^o^; Hope you like it anyway, though!
