I made it from a REF of Chinese Novel cover...
I just made it in my own style..like i didn't gave her that type of eyes...i made big eyes(habitual)..

Mechanical pencil
HB pencil-4B (made all on this one)
Normal eraser...

Effects~
Done in Adobe Photoshop CS2 for giving much bright effect...
