I was bored, even though I was supposed to be studying, so I took out my sketchbook for my art class and the blue pen that I accidentally stole :x

The head is out of proportion(but considering that this is a pen drawing, I couldn't adjust the size orz)
The blood? I have no clue....I mean she was already crying, why not add more dramatic elements? :|

Color added in photoshop. (except for the blue ink of course)
