Well if you don't know Doctor Who is the British scifi drama series that started way back in the 1960s. Its about the adventures of a time and space traveling alien humanoid called the Doctor who travels in the time and space in a ship that looks like a London police box from the 1960s LINK
The Doctor can change his appearance so the three men up there are technically the same person. From the left is the Ninth Doctor, the Tenth Doctor and Eleventh Doctor.
I did my best to capture their likeness.
Done in MS EX wish I could have done this in SAI but SAI is on the laptop which I don't have access on most of the time
