Made it from a bridal picture...It;s pure Pakistani traditional art...
I made it free hand..i mean no graph method..im happy with it...

Stuff Used~

Mechanical pencil...
HB pencil-3B
Normal eraser...
Brushes(which i used always) for blending shades
Cotton bud for blending more detailed parts~

Effects~
Done in Adobe Photoshop CS2
