hmmm lyli's fanart of mina had me thinking, "you're right! there aren't that many good angles of her enough to draw her."

so i made this ref sheet to help. her more up to date design anyway, lol.

since this is an official ref, i should additional information i guess!
mina got her name from the mina character from the original dracula, her last name comes from john carpenter, a horror movie director and such. the "oyster '76" on her uniform is in reference to blue oyster cult who's song "don't fear (the reaper)" came out in 1976 (which is when she and roman died).

mm that's about it for her, i guess!
it should also be noted that her and roman are one of my few black characters in the series (before they both died and their skin mutated to green).
