I drew this a while back, but I recently found it and finished it.
I tried a to do a different coloring technique, but it looks the same as my normal coloring. =_='

I have always wanted to do a drawing with rain and I guess this would be like a test. XD
I did have to reference the rain though, and well I think it came out okay, but my scanner killed it and I wasn't able to fix well enough.

I'm going to see if I do another drawing with rain, but I'll do a better job.
