In the hope of not sounding overly negative, I have to say I feel somewhat dissatisfied with my work this year. I know I’m getting better, but I still feel pretty far from where I’d like to be. Hopefully this feeling will spur me on to some good improvement in the coming year! And in the meantime I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the support and feedback you guys have given me! It really helps keep me going and it means so much!! ^-^
