This is Sawako & Kazehaya from kimi ni todoke, It's the only shoujo series that I like the most and it's awesome.

If you can't tell they are under an umbrella in the snowy night...

I hope you like this Jen, I got a little ambitious so the perspective is a little off :0

I drew it in pencil, then outline it with a pen, then colored with colored pencils, then scanned it, then colored it some more on a paint program, Pixia, then brighten it up!

Later
